2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect information will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

cbv66 is a responsible gaming platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. This service is only available to those aged 21 and above.

• Age verification using a national identity card or passport may be requested at any time after registration.
• If age verification is not completed, account activity will be restricted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for a successful withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the most recent deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit of ৳100 must be made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times (25x) before they become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• The deadline to complete wagering is within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
• Bonus wagering contributions may vary for certain games — contact the support team for details.
• If wagering is not completed, bonus funds will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

cbv66's VIP program has four tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

5.4 General Promotion Terms

• cbv66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A promotion may not be claimed more than once.
• Accounts will be closed in cases of bonus abuse.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, cbv66 may cancel any one of them.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on cbv66 are operated under a fair play policy. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is completely impartial and tested.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Disconnection

cbv66 is not responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game. The game state will be saved on our servers and play can resume once you reconnect.

6.4 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Bets placed before a match begins are valid; live betting during a match is subject to specific conditions.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbv66 and will result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack the cbv66 system or breach security
• Collaboration with other users or match-fixing
• Abusive, threatening or obscene behaviour

8.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. It is advised to complete all withdrawals before closing your account.

8.2 Suspension by cbv66

cbv66 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms
• If identity verification is incomplete
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months)

8.3 Self-Exclusion

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection disruption or technical issues
• Failure of third-party payment gateways
• Account loss due to unauthorized access or your own negligence

In the event of any dispute, cbv66's decision will be considered final. However, we are always committed to resolving all issues fairly and transparently.
