cbv66 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection is Our Priority
cbv66 believes that gaming is for entertainment only. We are committed to ensuring the mental and financial wellbeing of every player.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
At cbv66, we always believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or mental anxiety. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, playing within a set budget, and never viewing gaming as an alternative source of income. Thousands of players in Bangladesh enjoy our platform safely — and that is backed by our strict adherence to responsible gaming policies.
Our goal is to provide every player with a healthy, fair, and transparent gaming experience. The cbv66 platform offers a range of protective tools — from setting deposit limits to self-exclusion — that help you keep your gaming habits in check.
Remember: cbv66 is for players aged 21 and above only. If you feel that gaming is disrupting the normal rhythm of your life, contact our 24/7 live chat support right away. We are always here for you.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once this limit is set, no funds beyond the specified amount can be deposited — making it easier to stay within your budget.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a break for a while, you can activate a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, no bets can be placed or deposits made from your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, you can take a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Our support team will assist you fully through this process.
Age Verification and Child Protection
cbv66 is for ages 21 and above only. We verify age at registration. Please keep your device and account information out of reach of minors. Use of parental control software is recommended.
Gaming History Review
You can view your full betting history, win and loss records, and spending statistics from your account. Review your gaming patterns regularly and adjust your limits as needed.
24/7 Bengali Support

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice even one of the following signs in yourself, it may indicate problematic gaming. Seek help in time.
Repeatedly returning to the game and placing larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
Relationships with family, friends or colleagues being damaged because of gaming.
Failing to stop gaming despite trying, or feeling restless when you do.
Taking on debt, using family savings, or falling into financial hardship because of gaming.
Lying about gaming or hiding the time and money spent on it.
Feeling depressed, anxious, or empty when not gaming — and seeing gaming as the solution.
Spending hours gaming while neglecting daily responsibilities such as work, studies, or family care.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion
Follow the steps below to take self-exclusion from cbv66. This process is completely confidential and completed quickly.
Contact Live Chat
Open cbv66's 24/7 live chat and let the support representative know you want self-exclusion. No detailed reason is required.
Choose a Duration
You can choose self-exclusion for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Permanent exclusion can only be reversed via an email request, and a minimum wait of 6 months applies in that case.
Confirm Your Identity
Provide your registered email or username so your account can be identified. This ensures the exclusion is applied to the correct account.
Receive Confirmation
Once self-exclusion is activated, you will receive a confirmation message. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits.
Simple Tips for Healthy Gaming
Set Your Budget in Advance
Decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend before you start playing. End the session if you lose that amount and avoid the temptation to deposit more.
Set a Time Limit
Set a limit on how long you play each day. Take regular breaks during long sessions. Use a clock or alarm so you do not lose track of time.
See It as Entertainment
Never think of gaming as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. It is entertainment — just like watching a film or playing cricket. Be mentally prepared to lose as well.
Do Not Play on Emotion
Avoid gaming when angry, frustrated, under the influence of alcohol, or late at night. It is harder to make good decisions when you are not mentally stable, and the risk of loss increases.
Protect Your Family and Social Life
Gaming should never come at the expense of family time, social relationships, or professional responsibilities. Check regularly whether gaming is upsetting the balance in your life.
Keep Your Winning Expectations Realistic
The outcome of every game is random. Stopping after a big win is the wise move. "Just one more round and I'll win" — that line of thinking can be where problems begin.
cbv66's Commitment
